Well the internet is working again.... sort of.  I just read an article about a tour guide in Egypt who found a bag that had belonged to a British soldier serving in WWII.  The tour guide managed to track the owner of the bag  through the letters and photos found inside. He  will be returning the bag to the owner's sister, for the owner died a few years ago. Interesting
how the past comes back out of nowhere.

Omelette: Tomato and Cheddar Cheese
Pancakes: Apple and Cinnamon
Soup: Curried Coconut Squash with Chickpeas
Muffins are now being made with less sugar! YAH! Come on in and try them out.

take care!

That's my boy Jakey.  I'm using this forum to be the proud father and show him off.  He's pretty cute, no?

My first baby was Morning Glory and I'm still proud.  We had a very busy weekend but it's a little slow around here this morning but that means we can get a lot of cleaning done.

The omelette is caramelized oninons and cheddar, the pancakes are apple cinnamon, the soup is chipotle tomato bean, and the muffins are mango chocolate-chip or banana almond.

Good morning, hope all is well in the world today.
I was watching a show the other day about a temple/statue of Buddha they are planning on building in Kushinagar, India (a well known Buddhist pilgrimage site).
Some people believe that this 500ft statue will inspire peace around the world.
We'll have to wait and see.

"Some people have a foolish way of not minding, or pretending not to mind, what they eat. For my part, I mind my belly very studiously, and very carefully; for I look upon it, that he who does not mind his belly, will hardly mind anything else." - Samuel Johnson

I think this says enough.
