what is special today? well, lets see.
my very good friends tommo and martha had a baby girl lastnight
...that's special
she was/is a healthy 8lbs 9oz
...that's special
her name is daisy
...that's special
and her dad says "she's fuckin beautiful"
...now, it doesn't get any more special than that.
so to tommo and martha i say "good work team norton"
to little daisy i say "welcome to the world baby girl"
and to those of you who just clicked on this link to find out the specials i say "green onion & cheddar scramble, tomato & rice soup, banana pancakes and bacon & avacado sandwich"

We have two new juices here for the coming summertime: fresh-squeezed mango lemonade and fresh-squeezed blueberry lemonade. And of course we still have the other juices too. Now we have so many lemonades.
The specials today are:
Mushroom and gruyere omelette
Curried sweet potato soup
A sandwich special - avocado, sundried tomato, goat cheese and baby spinach on a toasted ciabatta bun
Apple pancakes
Caesar salad with bacon
Two kinds of fresh organic muffins - banana flax and another kind, we don't know what kind, but almost certainly very good
Our baker Vicki has opened up her own bakery over at Main and Gerrard. It's called New World Organics, and though I have not seen it yet myself I would bet that it looks very lovely and of course it is offering Vicki's wonderful baked things, in her first very own bakery.
I have to go... I had more things to tell you but we have such a big big order...

i vote for a new plate on the menu.. "X-treme eggs" ..now that's french toast with two over easy eggs on top, with your choice of ham or bacon. it's X-treme.. soo if you're not X-treme enough.. i don't know if you can handle it..

good morning! it is such a grrreat day today! are you so excited? doug found my ipod! i cannot believe it. it was lost for about 2 or 3 weeks. i was sure it was gone forever. then, today james found it plugged in and charging. it really is a miracle. today we have a lot of delicious things:
