today we have:
chipotle sweet potato soup
banana whole spelt pancakes
mushroom and goatcheese omelettes
our friends cam and leslie nearly died from carbon monoxide poisoning last night. sooo, if you don't have one, here is a good reason to go out and get a carbon monoxide detector. it saved their lives!
