oh hey you guys. how are you? i am fine, thankyou. doug, if you are reading this, i thought you were going to come in today?!?! man.. we never see you anymore. ho hum. anyways.. cam and his hair are here, so am i, james and davey are downstairs. it is a lovely day! a little chillsome, but lovely none the less. everything is well at the old mg. today we have:

-the always popular- guacamole and cheddar omelette
-caeser salad w/ homemade croutons and fresh bacon
-BLT w/ grilled mangos
-mango pancakes
-roasted red pepper and coconut soup
-sesame coconut banana muffins

wow there are more and more specials everyday! that's effed up!
