If our downstairs kitchen here at Morning Glory is Tokyo, then Doug is Godzilla. Upstairs hurricane Rita has been knocking down our sandwich board and blowing of our open signs. It's very quite this morning so perhaps our customers have been blown away too. Doug and I are both feeling a little under the weather, so it's going to be one of those days.
The muffins today are toasted almond and chocolate chip, the soup is rosemary and bean puree, the omelet is sauteed spinach and cheddar cheese. We have a toasted MG western, which I recommend on a cold blustery day like this.
Kristan is in Saskatchewan at a wedding so Dana from upstairs is helping out today.
