Top of the morning everyone!
It's a blizzardy cold day with wind gusts and a wind chill factor of -35, expect possible snow or freezing rain this afternoon.......actually I am experiencing heat shock, it is a scorcher here in the mega city. Who knows how long Heidi and I will last before the stunning and creative 'open' sign changes to 'close' and we are found comatose in the kitchen half eaten by wild dogs. Okay so we have all heard the last ditty of that line in one of the best movies of all time. Before I lose all my audience I'd better give you the specials....

Scrumptious Chevre tomato & Basil Omlette
Discerning Mint Gazpacho Soup
Enjoying the challenge of serving solo and Heidi in the kitchen. James and I managed through the rush yesterday and I dare say had some fun at the same time! This place is great, so come on in read the communal paper and cool off sipping Heidi's homemade savory iced tea. If you see us being eaten by wild dogs through the window of the kitchen please call James before breaking a window to ensure it is covered in their pricey insurance. Thanks!
